General Booking Form

The General Booking Form is for booking events at FGAM that DO NOT REQUIRE use of the Sanctuary or the Commercial Kitchen. 

This form covers:
General-purpose bookings for rooms or resources
Online or hybrid meetings that may require access to media equipment or the FGAM Zoom accounts

The Booking Form (incl. Kitchen/Sanctuary) is for events at FGAM that do require use of:
The Sanctuary, and/or The Commercial Kitchen.

📌 Note: Please submit only one booking form per event to avoid duplication.

Before submitting a form above, have a look at the room calendar below to see what's already in the diary.

Use the arrows or the date strip to move between days, and tap any booking to see who reserved it and which rooms. The search icon finds a specific event across the next twelve months - handy if you want to know when something runs next, rather than what's on today.
