This form is for raising general concerns about child safety at FGA Melbourne (FGAM). You may also email childsafe@fgam.org.au.
Use this form to raise a concern about a hazard, ministry practice, relationship or behaviour that may affect the safety or wellbeing of children, even when no incident has occurred. Early, low-level concerns matter. This might include a physical hazard, an approach to ministry that may place children at risk or unnecessarily exclude them, or a pattern of behaviour or interaction that does not feel right.
