Use this pathway if:
- A child may be in immediate danger
- You suspect abuse, neglect, or a serious breach of conduct
- Someone has disclosed something concerning to you

This will be received by our Contact Officer team and actioned urgently in line with our legal reporting obligations.

This will be received by our Contact Officer team and action will be taken as required.
